What you can expect from Us:
You’re booked and we’re pumped to be part of your vendor team! Rest assured, we’re going to help make it an awesome celebration that will be memorable and fun for you and your guests. Thanks for trusting us to be a part of one of the best days of your life. Here are some things you need to know to make this ride even smoother:
How to get ahold of us: Email is the best way to reach us to make changes or communicate at tyler@mywaydjs.com. You will be provided your DJs contact info once assigned, but putting in all requests through the planning tool is the best way to communicate what you need before your final call.
Final Call: We will be reaching out to you 30 days before the event to go over your completed online planner and for final payment. That is where you and your DJ will talk all things music and announcements.
Emails from us: You will get various emails along the way. Some are reminders to do things like fill out your planners, others are offering an amazing service you may not know you needed, and others are tips/helpful info. We like to stay in touch! One last thing, you will get an email from us AFTER the wedding as well, and we love reviews (hint hint).
Arrival/set-up: On your wedding day, we typically arrive about 1.5 to 2 hours before the ceremony starts or before we are expected to start playing music at the reception.
Requirements: As per the contract, we don’t need much - just a six foot table with linen, power, and some calories (dinner) to keep our energy up. We are easy.
Gratuities: Tipping is totally up to you! We typically see 10% tips if the DJ was amazing.
The Music: Naturally this is the most important thing to us since we curate music for a living. If music selection is important to you, please take some time to work on your online planners. Here is a walkthrough to your client portal. There are even spots in your planner to paste in link to your favorite music streaming playlists!
